extremely difficult …

“FDA liars.. Stop at a pharmaceutical company and work …”

“… There was no significant difference in driving performance of individuals in CBD group compared to placebo groups”-studying at Sydney University

This is a very important issue because you are a normal CBD user, especially if you are a regular CBD user, especially CBDs are selling as a dream of sound.

What the science says about CBD and driving

In this way it solves sleeping problems. First, let’s take a look at a recent study on CBD and its use by researchers at the University of Sydney’s Lambert Initiative to treat cannabinoids. (The actual test was conducted in the Netherlands).

In this study, 26 healthy men and women (mean age 23 years) were given one of the following four drugs: 1) 13.75 mg of THC. 2) 13.75mg THC and CBD. 3) 13.75 mg CBD 4) Placebo Their driving skills have been tested before steaming. After the door, it was measured on things like decision making, memory and thought skills.

A person who found that THC and THC / CBD suffer from short-term disabilities, equal to the driver at the blood alcohol level of 0.05% (0.08 or more legal).

The most important thing is that compared with the Playbow group, there was no significant difference in driving for issues in CBD only.

However, this study can be very small in terms of participants and dose levels in order to remove fixed and fast results. The following study is required.

So, does CBD make you sleepy?

Aside from its association with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC, a mind-altering component of cannabis), CBD’s biggest driving problem is ranked as it can cause drowsiness and often provides sleep support, i.e. is sold as a product. a m. ,, (Note: CBD must contain less than 0.3% THC by law). CBD won’t get you to that level.)

But here’s the problem. Other ingredients are usually added to the mix to promote a good night’s sleep. For example, in addition to 25 mg of premium CBD oil per tablet, CBD sleeping pills contain:

  • Chamomile Extract – A mild sleeping pill commonly used to “soothe nerves and other problems,” according to a report on the National Library of Medicine website.
  • Valerian Root Extract – A medicinal root (nature’s Valium) used since ancient times to improve sleep quality.
  • Melatonin – A popular natural human hormone and dietary supplement that helps with sleep issues. Melatonin regulates the body’s sleep-wake cycle.
  • L-Theanine- An amino acid found in green tea leaves that promotes calmness and low alertness.

CBD, on the other hand, has been shown to improve mood and lower stress levels. It is the foundation for a more restful sleep, but it is not the secret to drowsiness.

In fact, a 2017 review found that CBD has the potential to treat excessive daytime sleepiness. And a 2014 review concluded that CBD may promote arousal. Finally, do not use CBDs to promote healthy sleep while driving. For example, if you take the CBD every day for your common luck, you should be able to drive completely.
